infivocab 개인정보 처리방침

infivocab은 계정 없이 로컬로 시작할 수 있는 영어 단어 학습 앱입니다. 단어장과 기본 학습 기록은 사용자의 기기에 저장되며, 로그인과 클라우드 동기화는 사용자가 선택한 경우에만 사용합니다.

처리하는 정보

• 로컬 학습: 단어장, 학습 상태, 앱 설정과 기본 발음 확인 결과를 기기에 저장합니다.
• 선택적 계정: Google 로그인 시 Google 계정 식별자, 이메일, 표시 이름과 언어를 계정 연결에 사용합니다. Google 토큰과 클라이언트 비밀값은 앱에 저장하지 않습니다.
• 선택적 동기화: 현재는 동의한 계정의 분석 메타데이터를 동기화합니다. 최근 30일 기록은 기기 오프라인 사본으로 유지될 수 있습니다. 단어장 클라우드 동기화는 공개 전이며 로그인만으로 로컬 단어장을 전송하지 않습니다.
• 선택적 익명 학습 개선 통계: 별도 동의가 켜진 계정의 삭제 요청 때 기기에서 직접 만든 단어 중 안전한 영어 표제어만 SHA-256 요약값으로 바꾸고, 사용자 정의 단어장·단어·학습 상태의 전체 개수와 함께 전송할 수 있습니다. 서버는 요약값을 비밀키로 다시 보호합니다. 단어장 제목, 뜻, 예문, 표현, 응용 문장, 메모, CSV 원본, 음성, 계정·기기 식별자와 정확한 시각은 포함하지 않으며 개인별 행을 만들지 않고 전역 합계만 누적합니다.
• 마이크와 음성: 사용자가 말하기를 시작한 경우에만 마이크를 사용합니다. 무료 연습 녹음은 현재 연습 안에서만 유지하고 닫거나 새 연습을 시작하면 버립니다. 저장 녹음의 클라우드 보관은 계정 연결 또는 설정에서 명시적으로 동의한 경우에만 수행하며, 정밀 분석 전송은 별도 동의로 관리합니다. 클라우드 녹음은 계정별 파생 키로 추가 암호화합니다.
• 알림: 사용자가 직접 켠 경우 선택한 시간과 알림 권한을 사용해 학습 알림을 제공합니다. Android·iOS의 기본 매일 알림은 기기 안에서 예약됩니다.
• 광고와 진단: 웹 무료 화면에는 Google AdSense가 사용될 수 있으며, 대상 지역에서 필요한 동의 관리가 적용됩니다. 앱 안정성 진단을 도입할 경우 수집 항목과 공급자를 이 방침에 먼저 공개합니다.

보관과 삭제

계정이 없는 로컬 정보는 앱 데이터 삭제 또는 설정의 초기화로 지울 수 있습니다. 설정의 계정 삭제를 신청하면 즉시 모든 세션을 폐기하고 동기화를 중단하며, 7일 후 Google 연결 정보, 프로필, 동의 이력, 기기 연결, 서버 동기화 데이터, 분석 기록과 보관 음성을 완전히 삭제합니다. 7일 안에 같은 Google 계정으로 다시 로그인하면 삭제 신청이 취소됩니다. 계정·이메일·콘텐츠를 포함하지 않는 삭제 처리 번호와 처리 시각은 이행 증명을 위해 최대 90일 보관합니다.

삭제 전에 별도 동의를 거쳐 개인별 행 없이 만든 전역 집계 통계는 계정 데이터와 분리되어 남을 수 있습니다. 익명 통계는 계정과 다시 연결하거나 개인을 식별하는 데 사용하지 않습니다. 별도 동의로 보관한 음성 원본에는 고지된 보관 기간을 적용하며 계정 완전 삭제 때는 남은 기간과 관계없이 제거합니다. 인프라 공급자의 제한된 시점 복구 사본에는 삭제 전 상태가 현재 무료 운영 기준 최대 7일 남을 수 있지만 일반 서비스 조회나 삭제 계정 복구에는 사용하지 않습니다. 전체 재해 복구가 발생하면 완료된 삭제 요청을 다시 적용합니다. 자세한 삭제 방법은 계정 및 데이터 삭제 안내에서 확인할 수 있습니다.

제3자와 국외 처리

로그인에는 Google, 서버 호스팅에는 Cloudflare, 선택한 정밀 음성 기능에는 고지된 음성·AI 공급자가 사용될 수 있습니다. 각 목적은 별도로 안내하고 필요한 동의를 받으며, 판매를 목적으로 개인정보를 제공하지 않습니다.

infivocab Privacy Policy

infivocab is a vocabulary learning app that starts locally without an account. Vocabulary decks and basic learning records stay on the device. Sign-in and cloud sync are optional and are used only when selected by the user.

Data we process

• Local study data: decks, learning status, app settings, and basic pronunciation checks.
• Optional account data: Google account identifier, email, display name, and locale for account linking. Google tokens and client secrets are not stored in the app.
• Optional sync data: currently, consented analysis metadata. A recent 30-day snapshot may remain on the device for offline access. Deck cloud sync is not released, and signing in does not upload local decks.
• Optional anonymous learning insights: with separate consent, eligible English headwords from custom decks are converted to SHA-256 digests on the device when account deletion is requested. The server re-keys those digests with a server secret. Only protected digests and aggregate deck, word, and learning-state counts are retained. Titles, meanings, sentences, notes, CSV files, audio, account or device identifiers, and precise timestamps are excluded. The server stores global totals, not per-user rows.
• Microphone and voice: accessed only after the user starts speaking practice. Free practice recordings are temporary and are never uploaded. Saved-recording cloud storage requires explicit consent during account connection or in settings, while precise server analysis is managed by a separate consent. Cloud recordings receive additional encryption with an account-derived key.
• Notifications: the selected reminder time and notification permission are used only after the user enables reminders.
• Ads and diagnostics: Google AdSense may be used on free web surfaces with region-appropriate consent controls. Any future diagnostics provider and collected fields will be disclosed here first.

Retention and deletion

Local data can be removed through app data deletion or reset controls. An account deletion request immediately revokes every session and stops sync. After a 7-day cancellation period, the Google identity link, profile, consent history, device links, synced server data, analysis history, and retained voice are permanently deleted. Signing in with the same Google account during the 7 days cancels the request. A deletion receipt containing no account, email, or content data may be retained for up to 90 days. Global statistics created without per-user rows and with separate consent may remain and are never re-linked to an account. A provider-managed point-in-time recovery copy may retain the earlier state for up to 7 days under the current free deployment, but it is not used for ordinary access or account recovery; completed deletions are re-applied after any full disaster restore.
