infivocab은 단어장, 듣기, 말하기와 학습 기록을 제공하는 영어 학습 도구입니다. 현재 정식 출시는 무료 기능을 대상으로 하며, 화면에 표시되는 프리미엄·정밀 분석·실시간 대화 기능은 별도 출시 전까지 제공이 제한되거나 운영자 테스트용일 수 있습니다.
서비스를 이용하면 이 약관과 개인정보 처리방침에 동의한 것으로 봅니다. 계정과 서버 기능은 만 14세 이상 사용자를 대상으로 합니다. 만 14세 미만 사용자는 법정대리인의 안내 아래 계정 없는 로컬 기능만 사용해야 합니다.
사용자가 만든 단어장, 예문과 녹음의 권리는 사용자에게 남습니다. 사용자가 서버 기능을 명시적으로 실행한 경우에만 해당 기능을 제공하고 보호·삭제하기 위한 범위에서 콘텐츠를 처리할 권한을 infivocab에 부여합니다.
무료 단어장과 무료 녹음은 주로 기기에 저장됩니다. 브라우저 데이터 삭제, 앱 제거, 기기 분실·고장 또는 저장 공간 정리로 로컬 자료가 사라질 수 있으며, 서버로 보내지 않은 자료는 infivocab이 복구할 수 없습니다.
음성 인식, 기본 일치 확인과 피치 비교는 학습 보조 정보이며 의료·언어치료·시험 성적·신원 확인을 위한 판정이 아닙니다. 기기, 브라우저, 억양, 소음과 마이크 상태에 따라 결과가 달라질 수 있습니다. 사용자는 결과를 참고 자료로 사용해야 합니다.
오픈소스 구성요소에 허용된 분석·수정·재배포 권리는 각 오픈소스 라이선스를 따르며 이 조항으로 제한하지 않습니다.
사용자 콘텐츠와 제3자 오픈소스를 제외한 infivocab의 상표, 화면, 설명, 자체 코드와 자산의 권리는 운영자 또는 정당한 권리자에게 있습니다. 포함된 오픈소스의 저작권과 이용 조건은 제3자 라이선스 원문이 우선합니다.
로그인, 운영체제·브라우저 음성 인식, 호스팅과 Cookieless 익명 제품 통계는 각 제공자의 서비스와 정책에 의존할 수 있습니다. 익명 통계는 이메일·계정·학습 콘텐츠·음성을 포함하지 않고 브라우저의 Do Not Track을 존중하며, 앱 정보에는 별도 통계 설정 카드를 표시하지 않습니다. 현재 무료 정식 출시에서는 웹 광고를 비활성화합니다. 제공자의 장애, 정책 또는 기기 설정으로 일부 기능이 달라지거나 중단될 수 있습니다. 개인정보 처리는 개인정보 처리방침에 설명합니다.
보안, 법령, 공급자 변경 또는 서비스 개선을 위해 기능을 수정하거나 중단할 수 있습니다. 중요한 변경은 가능한 범위에서 미리 알립니다. infivocab은 합리적인 보안과 운영 조치를 적용하지만 서비스가 항상 중단 없이 동작하거나 모든 음성 결과가 정확함을 보증하지 않습니다.
관련 법령이 허용하는 범위에서 무료 서비스 이용으로 발생한 간접적·특별 손해에 대한 책임은 제한됩니다. 다만 운영자의 고의 또는 중대한 과실, 개인정보 보호 의무나 법령상 제한할 수 없는 책임에는 이 제한을 적용하지 않습니다.
이 약관은 대한민국 법령을 따릅니다. 분쟁이 생기면 먼저 성실히 협의하고, 해결되지 않으면 관련 법령이 정한 관할 법원 또는 분쟁조정 절차를 이용합니다. 약관을 중요하게 변경하면 시행 전에 앱 또는 웹에 알리고 시행일과 버전을 갱신합니다.

infivocab is an English-learning tool for vocabulary, listening, speaking, and learning records. The current public release covers free features. Premium precision analysis or real-time conversation shown in the product may remain unavailable or restricted to operator testing until separately released. Account and server features are intended for users aged 14 or older; children under 14 should use only account-free local features with a guardian's guidance.
Google account connection is optional. Users remain responsible for securing their account and device and may request account deletion in Settings or through the web deletion resource. Users retain rights in their decks, examples, and recordings. When a user explicitly invokes a server feature, the user permits infivocab to process the submitted content only as needed to provide, secure, retain, and delete that feature.
Free decks and recordings primarily stay on the device. Clearing browser/app data, uninstalling the app, device loss, storage cleanup, or hardware failure may permanently remove data that was never sent to infivocab. Speech recognition, basic matching, and pitch comparison are educational aids, not medical, therapeutic, examination, identity, or professional assessments. Results vary with device, browser, accent, noise, and microphone quality.
Users must not bypass or disrupt security, accounts, APIs, ads, or rate limits; send abusive automated traffic; access another person's data without authorization; distribute malware; impersonate others; or use content that violates law, privacy, copyright, or other rights. Rights granted by third-party open-source licenses are not restricted by this clause.
Except for user content and third-party open source, infivocab branding, interface, original text, code, and assets belong to the operator or their lawful owners. The third-party license texts control those components. Sign-in, platform speech recognition, hosting, and cookieless anonymous product statistics rely on third-party services whose availability and policies may change. Anonymous statistics exclude email, account data, learning content, and audio, respect browser Do Not Track, and have no separate App information setting card. Web ads remain disabled in the current free public release.
Features may change or be suspended for security, law, provider changes, or service improvement, with advance notice for material changes where reasonably possible. infivocab applies reasonable safeguards but does not promise uninterrupted service or perfectly accurate speech results. To the extent allowed by law, liability for indirect or special loss from the free service is limited; this does not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including intentional or grossly negligent conduct.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. The parties should first try to resolve disputes in good faith, followed by the courts or dispute-resolution procedures provided by applicable law. Material changes will be announced before taking effect.
